Aqua is a trading interface application that helps users view market data and submit trading instructions through third-party infrastructure (e.g., blockchain networks, exchanges, or liquidity venues).

We do not operate as a broker, custodian, or financial institution. We do not hold customer funds.

2. Information we collect

A) Account information

  • Email address or login identifier (if you sign in)
  • Basic profile settings (e.g., preferences, language)

B) Wallet / transaction-related information

  • Public wallet address(es) you connect
  • Transaction metadata you choose to submit (e.g., order parameters, transaction hashes)
  • Network identifiers (chain ID) and device/session identifiers for security

We do not collect or store your private key, seed phrase, or wallet recovery phrase.

If you use a third-party wallet provider (e.g., embedded wallet SDK), key management is handled by that provider under their terms.

C) Device and usage data

  • Device model, OS version, app version
  • IP address (or approximate location derived from IP)
  • Diagnostics logs (crash reports, performance metrics)

D) Support communications

  • Information you send when contacting support (e.g., screenshots, logs you choose to share)

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (login, market display, submitting user-requested actions)
  • Improve reliability (debugging, crash diagnostics, performance monitoring)
  • Prevent fraud and secure accounts (risk signals, abuse prevention)
